Surrender
Surrender, as a noun, is defined as acceptance of despair, and the verbal act of admitting defeat. As a verb it means to relinquish control over. The first 3 steps of the AA program can be simplified to I can't, He can, maybe I'll let Him. Sounds like surrender to me.
